 Description of Works

the work includes all Electromechanical works that it’s needed to construct for new expansion for motel building adjacent and to be link to the existing building, at the site of JBC in Safi area, with a total area of 1530 m2 divided in three typical floors, the electromechanical works such as the following: Supply, Install, Test and Commission HVAC system, plumping system ,Fire Fighting system, Hot & cold water networks ,all sanitary works , MDB & DB panels , connect and commission main power cables , CCTV system, Lighting fixtures in addition to Fire alarm system and all wiring devices ..etc.
